Schedule (by the minute, subject to change):

  • 09:00 - 10:00 - EASM Staff Set Up Tables, Cloth, Power Strips, etc.

  • 10:00 - 11:00 - Vendors arrive to set up spots by 11am

  • 11:00 - 12:00 - Open House - Museum public arrives, checks in, and explore the Faire

  • 12:00 - 13:00 - Lunch Distributed by EASM staff (Open House as usual)

  • 13:00 - 14:00 - Continue with Open House

  • 14:00 - 15:00 - Vendors strike tables by 3pm

  • 15:00 - 16:00 - EASM Staff Strikes Down Everything

Additional Information: min. 20 tables, 20 black tablecloths, power strips to support every station, and a water beverage station, if possible.
