What: Multi-day bike ride fundraiser to find a cure for Multiple Sclerosis
When: September 18th - 21st
Where: Oak Grove, Recepetion Hall, Lodge, and camping behind West Pavilion

Thursday, September 18th to begin setting up “Rider Village” behind Oak Grove

Friday, Septmeber 19th, 4:00 pm: Registration Opens, guest arrival until 7pm. Shuttles taking riders to downtown McMinnville until 10pm (quiet hrs).

Saturday, September 20th Reception hall opens for breakfast 6:00am, first ride departs 7:00am, route closes 5:30pm, 6:00pm Movie program in Theater Auditorium, 8:00pm close down

Sunday, September 21st Reception Hall opens for breakfast 6:00am, first ride departs 7:30am, event end tiem 12:00pm, pack up and out by 2:00pm

Additional Information: Approx. 500 riders, access to waterpark for showers
