The event details to follow:

• 55-60 Folks coming from Lynnwood, Wa.  From 12 to 3PM on Saturday.

• Thay have pre-paid for Rental and Concessions.

• They have pre-paid for 55 Large “Group Concession Packages” – Soda, Candy and Large Popcorn.

• If they want additional concessions packages charge $14 each.

• They want to see Aircraft Carrier, Fighter Pilot, and something they are bringing in. I will work out the logistics for that portion.

• We should start making popcorn no later than 11 AM.

• We can set the prepared stuff out at the front kiosk in advance if that will help speed the flow.

• If they visit the museum, give them a special half-price for their entire group.
