Wright Brothers Award for Pilot Safety

When: Saturday, March 23, 2024 3:30 PM-4:00 PM.

Where: mini ceremony (likely on the Southern Mezzanine in Aviation) 

Why: It is a special opportunity for our museum to be the venue of this special occasion.

How:

Joe Mollahan, FAA Flight Standards rep of FSDO is presenting the awards to Dave.

According to Neal White (docent & restoration volunteer), it is a big deal for the same person to get both awards. It is special so Dave wanted to do a mini ceremony (likely on the Southern Mezzanine in Aviation) with his family who is flying in and for a few friends to attend.
