• 08:00 - 09:00: Arrival for set up (have their own key fob)

• 09:00 - 11:00: Morning Session

• 11:30 - 13:30: Afternoon Session

• 13:30 - 14:00: Strikedown

Additional Information:

• Plan on using room #300 (with the tables that are already there)

• Will need 5 long tables & 1 small table or counter space for room #305.

• And 4-5 round tables on the floor for the Music and Waves station.

• Will bring the tables needed for the other Vibration station. 

• Set up at 1:30 on Thursday, January 9th. Will be hanging black sheeting in room #300 that afternoon.
