• 08:00 - 09:00: Arrival for set up (they have their own key fob)

• 09:00 - 11:00: Morning Session

• 11:00 - 11:45 Break for MSD + Vounteers

• 11:45 - 13:45: Afternoon Session

• 13:45 - 14:00: Strikedown

Additional Information:

• Plan on using Room #300, #301 and #302 in Titan Pavilion (with the tables that are used for Education)

• Will set stations in the Titan Pavilion museum area.

• And 4-5 round tables on the floor for the Music and Waves station.

• Will bring the tables needed for the other Vibration station. 

• Set up at 1:30 on Thursday, January 8th. Will be hanging black sheeting in room #300 that afternoon.
